I am creative and have a wide range of interests. The combination of my knowledge and my interests gives me a significant advantage in everyday life. At work, the appreciation and respectful treatment of employees are very important to me. That's why I make sure that there is a culture in the workplace where employees feel comfortable and are valued. As a passionate improvisational theatre player, I also enjoy the ability to react quickly to situations and to see situations from different perspectives. Furthermore, some parallels between improvisational theatre and the business world bring me even further.
